Background
With over 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve helped hundreds of people transform their lives and build stronger, healthier bodies. Today, my work is dedicated to helping people in midlife and beyond build strength, energy, and vitality—so they can continue to perform at their best in every area of life.
My passion for fitness began with martial arts. From the age of seven, I’ve trained in Japanese jujitsu, boxing and Muay Thai. Teaching jujitsu after earning my first-degree black belt in 2004 was my first step into coaching – an experience that showed me how rewarding it is to guide people to grow stronger, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.
This naturally led me into a career in personal training. Since qualifying with Premier Global in 2008, I’ve worked at some of London’s leading health clubs, before setting up my own practice.
My Philosophy
I believe that wellness should be a sustainable, enjoyable part of life – not a quick fix or something we only focus on when we “have to.”
My approach is practical, tailored, and results-driven. Training with me means you won’t only notice improvements in the gym – what we achieve together will carry over into every area of your life. From sharper focus at work, to more energy with family, to helping you handle daily demands with ease and enjoy life with more freedom.
I’ve also faced my own challenges: broken wrists in competition, a serious lower back injury as a young weightlifter. These experiences taught me how to rebuild my body safely, adapt to setbacks, and develop the mindset to overcome obstacles – lessons I now bring to my clients.
Coaching
Alongside personal training, I’m an ICF-certified life and performance coach. Over the past five years, I’ve helped clients make lasting changes in their health, while also supporting them to excel in their personal lives, careers, and businesses.
Coaching has been transformational in my own life, helping me set and achieve goals I once thought impossible. Now, I bring that same approach to my clients, helping them make meaningful, lasting improvements in their health, performance, and overall quality of life.

As of 2025, I hold over 20 wellness and coaching qualifications, including:
- REPS Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer
- HLC2 (CHEK Institute)
- Precision Nutrition Certified Coach
- Certified Personal and Professional Coach (ICF)
- Certified CBT Practitioner (Achology)
- 2nd Dan Black Belt (Japanese Jujitsu)
